On the 3rd floor of Tokyo Opera City Tower, 3-20-2 Nishi-Shinjuku. From Shinjuku Station take the Keio New Line (not the Keio Line; its platforms are separate) one stop to Hatsudai, about two minutes; the line also has through services from the Toei Shinjuku Line. Use the east exit, which connects directly with the Tokyo Opera City building: the hall is about five minutes’ walk away, by lift from the basement concourse to the 3rd floor or by escalators and stairs.

Accessibility

The concert hall has eight wheelchair places in the stalls and two on the second level; ask the organiser in advance. The hall’s one lift gives priority to wheelchair users and others who need it, the stalls have no large steps (a gentle slope begins at row 13) but the upper levels have steps, and there are three accessible toilets. Wheelchairs can be borrowed inside the hall (limited numbers, so ask the hall beforehand), and assistance dogs are welcome if you tell the organiser in advance. Pre-school children are not admitted to the Visual Organ Concerts.
