Address & arrival

Senju Mildix I, 10th–11th floors, 3-92 Senju, Adachi-ku, Tokyo 120-0034, Japan

On the 10th and 11th floors of the Kita-Senju Marui building (Senju Mildix I) at the west exit of Kita-Senju Station; the theatre itself is on the 11th floor. From the JR Joban Line or Tsukuba Express use the north ticket gate, and from the Tobu Skytree Line or Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line the central ticket gate, then go out onto the west exit pedestrian deck (2nd floor): Marui is on your right. From the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, exit 4 leads straight into Marui’s basement. The lifts get very crowded before performances, so allow extra time.

Accessibility

The theatre publishes step-free routes from Kita-Senju Station using lifts. Inside, a ramp leads to the front stalls and a foyer lift to the rear stalls and balcony; wheelchair places vary by performance, so ask the organiser. There are multi-purpose toilets on the 10th floor (with ostomate facilities) and the 11th floor, two wheelchairs to borrow at the counter, and a writing board at the 10th-floor ticket centre for visitors with hearing difficulties. The Tokyo University of the Arts listing says pre-school children are not admitted.
