At 1-11-1 Oji, Kita-ku. Oji Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line connects directly by exit 5; from JR Oji Station (Keihin-Tohoku Line) walk about two minutes from the north exit, or about five minutes from Oji-ekimae on the Toden Arakawa Line. Lobby and organ concerts are held in the Kumin Plaza on the ground floor; Sakura Hall is on the 2nd floor, and Tsutsuji Hall is on the 3rd floor with its entrance on the 2nd floor.

Accessibility

Sakura Hall has wheelchair places in the ground-floor stalls (30 seats are removed when they are in use). There are multi-purpose toilets at Sakura Hall and Tsutsuji Hall, and assistance dogs are admitted. Seating at the free lobby concerts is limited, so you may not get a seat. Contact the Kitaku Culture Foundation before travelling if you need assistance.
