THE PLACE & THE MUSIC

A place to pause.

The Parochialkirche was built at the turn of the eighteenth century for Berlin’s Reformed community. Its Baroque exterior and tower form an important landmark in the old Klosterviertel.

After severe wartime damage, a long restoration returned the church and tower to public life. The reconstructed carillon now supports outdoor listening and special programmes that can be heard around the surrounding streets.

Free concerts at different times of day; see each individually checked listing.
